Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete

Steel Fiber reinforcement is used as an alternative to conventional rebar reinforcement as well as wire mesh. Steel fiber reinforcement will deliver a concrete floor system with less cracking, greater impact resistance and overall increased durability, while saving days in the construction process.

We use the American Concrete Institute Committee’s 544 as our guideline in designing steel fiber concrete slabs in order to meet required building codes. Our supplier will also redesign conventional reinforced concrete slabs to steel fiber reinforced slabs at no additional cost. More information about Steel Fiber can be found on this data sheet.

macro Fiber

Macro Fiber is used to reduce plastic and hardened concrete shrinkage, improve impact strength and increase fatigue resistance and concrete toughness. This extra heavy duty macro-synthetic fiber offers maximum long-term durability. Macro Fiber is used to reduce or replace traditional steel reinforcement (wire mesh). More information about the Macro Forta Ferro Fiber can be found here.

Strength Accelerator

Strength Accelerator is a unique product we offer as a solution to our customer’s quick repair projects. This product allows our customer to repair mainline pavement or warehouse lanes and return it to use the same day. Our design includes the use of Sika Rapid-1.

mid range and super plasticizer

The age old challenge of concrete placement: How do you make concrete easier to work with without destroying its strength and integrity by adding too much water? With ever-developing admixes, the answer is here! Water reducing admixes increase the slump of the concrete without increasing the water-cement ratio (effectively retaining the concrete strength). Order Mid Range Plasticizer to increase the slump up to 2” or order Super Plasticizer to increase the slump up to 4”!
